A controversial new Texas law requiring voters to present personal identification before going to the polls has been blocked by the Obama administration.
In a letter Monday to state officials, the Justice Department said the legislation could have a discriminatory effect on Hispanics and other minorities.
Texas is among eight states to require official photo identification in an effort to stop what officials say is voter fraud. Opponents of the laws say they disenfranchise poor, minority and disabled voters.
The department concluded there is little evidence of voter fraud in Texas warranting the legislative changes.

There are many ways to immigrate to the U.S. Immigration policies have changed over the years and depending on the administration and the economy, it can be easier or harder to immigrate to the U.S.
One of the ways getting a Green Card is to marry a U.S. Citizen. In the past, many have tried to cheat by only marrying a Citizen for the purpose of getting a Green Card. Due to the high level of fraudulent activities, the government said that if you marry then you get a conditional Green Card that is good for two years. At the end of the two year period, you have to show that it was a real marriage. Of course there were many more legitimate marriages and those real ones were able to get their permanent residency and eventually their citizenship.

You can’t work during your first year of school except for working on-campus. After the first year, if the student is in good standing, you can get permission to work off campus. However, the DSO(Designated School Official) has to make the determination. You may be able to work off campus if you can show Sever Economic Hardship. You may be able to get permission if you have a real job offer as an Intern with an International Organization. Of course, if you have been a full-time student at least one year then you can get work off-campus if it is determined that it is Practical Training. This means that it should be related to what you are studying and the work is for the purpose of getting practical training and it is not to learn the English Language. So if you want to work, talk to your DSO.

Its True! You can buy a green card(permanent residence) to stay in the USA. All you need is a million dollars and a company that employ at least 10 workers. Of course there are details to the above requirements but basically if you have the money you can stay and eventually become a citizen.
The downside is that its not easy running a business with a goal of succeeding. Its not easy hiring and using 10 qualified workers. Over the years there have been many schemes to have investors invest less than the one million dollars and to hire less than 10 workers but most of them failed with the investors loosing money with no green card.
However, there are programs that allow investmets of less than One million dollars. These same programs allows directly hiring less than 10 people. Keep your hopes high! Continue your research and look carefully before actually investing. You may succeed yet.

Let's look at seven tips for creating AdSense sites that create money.
#1: Keyword Density
Before you place ads on your site, be sure your keyword density is good. You will want to be sure that the right kinds of ads are placed on your site. #6: Position Counts, Too
It is well known that visitors to a website scan the site to determine if it is worth reading. You definitely want them to see and scan your AdSense ads. Therefore, the best place to put them is in the top left part of your page or directly under your headlines.
#7: Increase The Number
AdSense allows you to use up to three AdSense units on a page, two AdSense search boxes, and one unit of ad links. Using all that you can increases the chances of earning money.
